Inspiring Conversations with Taylor Klein of Inner Fire Awakening

Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Klein.

Hi Taylor, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For a long time I was always told by both close friends as well as even people I worked with Professionaly that I had a knack for listening and wisdom beyond my years. They always told me I would make a great Counselor. Finally in 2019 timeframe I discovered a Health Coach Institute that was certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) for their Coaching programs. Being an ICF accredited program is a huge deal because you have to meet certain standards and requirements (like other licensed programs) to receive accreditation and be recognized as a legitimate Coaching Program and Institute. So I took the plunge. Not long after Covid hit and was a very interesting time because that was where people took a huge focus on their mental health. To this day we are seeing more and more people put focus on their mental health and helping regain balance. I am of the mindset that everyone and anyone should be able to afford a coach because we all need help at some point in our life. So I make it point and mission to make my services affordable so that way everyone has access

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Its been a challenge. I originally started all of this while working a full 9-5 job so there was a lot of juggling priorities. I even recently had an issue where I had to literally cut off services with my website provider because they were not living up to the contract they signed and had to find a new service provider ASAP. I still am growing and the business hasn’t grown to the point where I can fully quit my other job, but I am determined to be successful and keep growing.

We’ve been impressed with Inner Fire Awakening, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a certified Health, Wellness and Life coach. My style is to figure out that “core” issue that is holding back that change you want to make. It can be: fear, disappointment, judgement, etc. I have come to learn we all have that one thing that is holding us back from making that change we so desperately want to do. A lot of times all we need is acknowledgement of what that is and this “acceptance” that someone else understands. I also play a major focus on affordability. I understand not everyone can afford $125 an hour or whatever the price is that others charge. So I make it a focus to make my services affordable and if a client cant afford my initial prices we can always work out an agreement and adjust pricing. I also want people to know that they are capable of anything. That this same professional they are talking to understands because I have been where they have before and I understand those struggles. I always feel being authentic and showing people you have gone through the same struggles as them really helps build that connection/relationship needed.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I feel the industry is only growing. Every generation it feels like is getting more and more in tune with who they are as a whole and putting that priority on themselves as well as other commitments (work, family, friends, etc). Just look at the recent job market and look at how many organizations now offer Coverage for therapy or even offer Remote Work or much clearer work/life balance. Us as people demanded these changes because we realized our mental health is just as important. I only see that growing and continuing for the future

Pricing:

  • $60 per session
  • $600 90 day program (once a week session for next 90 days)
  • $150 for 30 day program (once a week meeting)
  • Like I said I can slide my rates because I believe everyone should be able to afford a coach
