Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi Ramirez.
Hi Brandi, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I had everything the world says should make you feel fulfilled — a six-figure corporate job, a clear path, security. But God disrupted all of that with a simple whisper:
“It’s time to go.”
There was no plan, no strategy — just an invitation to trust Him. And even though it made no sense, I knew it was Him. So, I laid it all down and said yes. That one step of obedience became the beginning of something I never could’ve imagined and with no income.
Not long after, I was out for a walk and the Lord gave me a vision:
Gather women in the Town Center Park of St. Michael
No stage. No microphone. No big production — just open hearts, honest conversation, and God’s presence. I didn’t know who would come. I just knew I had to show up.
So I did. And women came.
For the past 11 months, we’ve been meeting monthly — rain or shine — building something beautiful and sacred. These are not events; these are encounters. What’s formed is a space that values relationship over religion, healing over hiding, and true belonging over performance. We talk, we pray, we laugh, we cry. It’s raw. It’s honest. It’s Holy Spirit-led. It’s sisterhood.
That’s how Perfectly Made Ministries came to life.
Our mission is simple: to help women heal, break generational patterns, and walk in the fullness of who God created them to be.
Our vision is to create spaces — whether in parks, retreats, workshops, or small circles — where women feel seen, safe, and reminded that they are perfectly made by a perfect God.
This ministry isn’t about checklists or titles. It’s not about a church building; it’s about women coming as they are and meeting the One who changes everything. There is room for every story, every season, and every woman at the table. You don’t have to clean yourself up to be welcomed in — you just have to come.
This wasn’t built from a platform. It was birthed in surrender.
And that one yes? God has multiplied it in ways I never saw coming.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There have been seasons of deep loneliness, where I found myself wondering if what I was doing was really making a difference. There’s been spiritual warfare — the kind that creeps in through exhaustion, confusion, discouragement, and doubt. I’ve had to learn how to steward this calling while still navigating everyday life — my marriage, finances, trying to grow our family, and my own healing journey. And truthfully? There has been no income in this season. Just faith. Just obedience. Just trust that God sees it all.
Not everyone has understood it. Sometimes it’s felt like I’ve been building something invisible — sowing seeds in soil only God can water.
But even in the hard — God has been faithful.
He’s provided exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. He’s brought women whose lives are being changed, and they remind me why I said yes in the first place. He keeps showing me that obedience matters — even when it’s quiet, even when it’s costly.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What sets us apart is that women who have church hurt, or who aren’t sure what they believe anymore, still feel like they can give Perfectly Made a try. There’s something about the way we gather — whether it’s in the park, at a retreat, or around a table — that feels different. It’s not pushy or performative. It’s real. And it naturally draws them back to the heart of God.
We had one sister who showed up doubting everything — her faith, her worth, all of it. But God met her in that season through this community, and she came back to Him and does not even look the same, completely transformed, full of JOY and HOPE. That’s my why. That’s what keeps me going.
We’ve walked through women getting baptized. We’ve seen women come out of hiding, open up for the first time, and realize they’re not alone. And honestly? That’s what I’m most proud of.
I’m proud that this ministry makes space for every story — the overcomers, the unsure, the ones still in the thick of it. No one has to have it all together to sit at the table here. We truly believe every woman is already perfectly made — and I just feel honored that God lets me be a part of doing life with them.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
I wish I’d known that God equips the called. You don’t have to have it all together before you step out. He doesn’t call us because we’re already equipped; He calls us, and then He equips us along the way. Every step of the journey has been a reminder that I’m not doing this alone — He is with me, providing everything I need.
I also wish I’d known that God is in the small things. It’s easy to look at other ministries, other leaders, and feel like I’m not doing enough because I’m not doing it the way they are. But I’ve come to realize that He cares about the small, everyday acts of obedience — the conversations, the quiet prayers, the women who show up even when it feels like no one is watching. Those things matter just as much, if not more.
We would love to meet you. We meet every month in the Town Center Park. First Saturday of the month from 9-10. You can find out more on our website or socials. You belong here.
