Every great journey starts with a single step, and for KellyCo Agency, that step was rooted in a passion for fashion and a dream to create a platform where talent could shine. Growing up, I was always captivated by the world of modeling—the creativity, the art, and the expression. But what truly inspired me was the potential to build something bigger than myself, something that could empower others and create opportunities in an industry that often feels out of reach for many. That’s when the idea of KellyCo Agency was born.
From the beginning, my focus has been on building a business that not only uplifts aspiring models but also reflects my deep love for fashion and entrepreneurship. The early days were challenging, filled with late nights, planning sessions, and countless efforts to build something from the ground up. But with determination, passion, and a small yet dedicated team, we began to take our first steps.
Our first event was modest, but it was a success. Seeing the smiles on the faces of our models, the applause from the audience, and the connections being made, I knew we were onto something special. Since then, our mission and vision have continued to grow, strengthening our commitment to creating a space where every individual can shine.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey to building KellyCo Agency has been anything but smooth, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every challenge we’ve faced has played a crucial role in shaping who we are today.
One of the biggest struggles has been navigating the complexities of starting a business from the ground up. As a startup, resources are often limited, and that can create hurdles when trying to bring a vision to life. From securing funding to finding the right team members who share the same passion and commitment, the early days were filled with a lot of trial and error.
Another challenge was establishing our presence in an industry that is both competitive and, at times, exclusive. There were moments when it felt like the odds were stacked against us, whether due to limited connections, the struggle to be taken seriously as a new player in the field, or simply the learning curve that comes with managing a business in the fashion world.
But through it all, these struggles have taught us resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to our mission. Every setback was an opportunity to learn, to refine our approach, and to come back stronger. The road may not have been smooth, but it has been incredibly rewarding. These experiences have solidified our commitment to providing a platform where talent can truly shine.
We’re still on this journey, and while there will undoubtedly be more challenges ahead, we’re ready to face them head-on, knowing that they are just stepping stones to something greater.

My work is a reflection of my passion for business and my commitment to excellence in every role I take on. Currently, I’m managing multiple ventures: a vending machine business, a modeling agency, an exciting day trading venture, and I also serve as the manager of privately owned condos at Eleven Homeowners Association in downtown Minneapolis.
This coming May of 2025, I’ll be receiving my business management degree, a milestone that represents years of dedication and hard work. Throughout my life, I’ve consistently found myself in leadership positions, whether as a team lead or manager across various companies. I’ve always had a knack for guiding teams, making strategic decisions, and driving growth, which naturally led me to start my own businesses.
In my vending machine business, I specialize in providing convenient, high-quality services that meet the needs of diverse clientele. My modeling agency, KellyCo Agency, is dedicated to empowering models and promoting inclusivity within the fashion industry. In my day trading venture, I harness the power of the financial markets, applying sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset to seize opportunities and maximize returns. This venture keeps me on the cutting edge, where every decision counts, and the thrill of the market drives me to excel.
As the manager of Eleven Homeowners Association, I ensure that the condos under my care are maintained to the highest standards, providing residents with a luxurious and comfortable living experience.
What I’m most proud of is my ability to balance these different roles while staying true to my vision of creating opportunities and delivering excellence. What sets me apart from others is my holistic approach to business management—combining my practical experience with formal education and a deep passion for the work I do. I’m not just building businesses; I’m building communities where everyone involved can thrive.
