We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely has not been a smooth road, but it’s the uncomfortable experiences that give us the knowledge that we need to make decisions to put us in the best position. I’m thankful for the uncomfortable situations that I went through building my brands and building my business because it’s those situations that help me learn that I got to continue to persevere it’s easy to just say you wanna do something, but when things are difficult and you have to find a way to win you have to persevere so it hasn’t been easy, but I’m thankful that it hasn’t been.
Some of the struggles that I had to deal with have been keeping talent motivated, finding new opportunities for talent that I manage, Providing resources that the talent I manage can use that will help them educate themselves on the industry that they’re in.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a producer, I produce events, music, events. I have the entrepreneurial spirit but, I’m an impresario. I love to create.
I have executive produced music, produced events and created opportunities for others.
What sets me apart from others is my willingness to get work done! It doesn’t matter what the task is. If it has to be done and their isn’t any options or someone to take care of it. I’m the go to guy.
What’s next?
The plan for the future is to continue to do the work and stay the course. I have a saying “Ä TrustTheProcess” some take it as a saying it’s a motto and lifestyle for me.
Plans in the pipeline include completing the projects of our artists currently abroad in Africa “Sunshine Solider, Yung Barry, & Love King.” They are Africas rising stars.
Looking forward to growing our performing arts showcase “Artistry” and producing our first fashion show “OTM Vogue Array”.
