Meet Angel Navy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angel Navy.

Angel Navy

Hi Angel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Angel Navy, I have always had a thing for reality TV shows and acting especially Bad Girls Club, The Real World, College Hill Virgin Island, Flavor Flav, etc. The one thing that I loved about College Hill and The Bad Girls Club was they were not scripted, it was based on the reality of things, in 2014, I signed up for Bad Girls Club an old friend drove to Chicago 6 hours away and the ladies were fighting 3 blocks down the road leading up to the establishment none of the ladies that was fighting did not get in, it was a good eye opener for me.

Most of the women didn’t understand that it’s a business first and there was no way they were getting in there just by making a fool of themselves at the end of the day it is a business and if you can’t come here with respect and talk about why you are a bad girl and what are the things you would want to work on to turn that around and accomplish some goals which I thought was super cool I thought that that was a unique way to get people to work on themselves and in their reality to life so I ended up going and I made it inside it was packed we made it to the table with the executive owner Bumin Murphy which I and her had a nice conversation.

I was not expecting a call back because I didn’t know after all the ladies I’d get a call once I got the call back I was so excited but around 2 weeks I ended up going to California for a trip with my other entertainment business and when I got on the plane I felt sick came home took a pregnancy test and I was blessed with my baby boy so I couldn’t go forward with the show and 5 years later my baby boy was higher in age to where I can now follow my dreams so I started the first reality tv show in Minnesota that went for a full season now I am on season 3 and it feels good my next wish is to be produced by a major production company so we can show them what Minnesota has here so much hidden talents are breakthrough is coming.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The #1 obstacle I face in reality TV with the different people I have worked with is being comfortable with being themselves because a lot of people are afraid to show how they live or the things they go through in reality so many other people go through the same things and this is a way to relate to more people and we can be that stepping stone to help show them hey you are not alone and we can get through this together.

I also feel like if more people helped people or just were good role models instead of being in competition with other people and worrying about themselves and their growth and life and struggles I have had a hard time with people adapting to accepting themselves for who they are and what they can do to change for the better as in it don’t have to be your just out down and bad it could be some people ways of thinking and how they handle situations also some people I have felt with I have helped them find what they really love to do and not just because their friends do it or somebody on tv.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Twin Cities Lady’s Club and Twin Cities Reality TV Show?
The Twin Cities reality TV show and Ladies’ Club Highlights the Twin Cities entrepreneurs and music artists, models, actors, hair stylists, etc. following them on their journey to success and what it looks like digging deep into their lives abs helping them face any fears and getting through any obstacles that comes their way we want to also help their fans and supporters relate more to them by opening up to them about the things they have or currently going on good or bad because at the end of the day everyone has a story and its nobody better but for you to tell your reality.

With the new season, we have doubled the amount of cast members my first season I had 3 cast members my second season I had 11 this season I have 25 cast members with 3 returning from last season I have MN Chozen Wolf coming in 3 seasons strong this man is the definition of business man he is a top music artist here in Minnesota and you can find his music on all streaming platforms he also has a cleaning company called Choose Chozen Cleaning he has been a dope role model for not just the other cast members he is one for me as well staying positive and motivated we hope to help out more with community events this season because we do know it is important to make sure we are giving back to our community.

This year we will be helping with a turkey drive for Thanksgiving with Sunny Sota and the big church we also are going to be volunteering for Toys for Tots with Ms. Birdie and her organization this year we would want everyone to know we are a growing project that is growing daily we are looking to help our community grow on a business and health and wealth level because we deserve it a lot of producers said that the MN scene was dry and we couldn’t do reality tv shows here and look what we are doing we feel like MN has always been underestimated and now is the time to show everyone what they have been missing.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the COVID-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
I always keep hand sanitizer in my purse it’s nothing like having clean hands. I have to make sure that I am safe for my business partners and cast and kids at home so keeping your hands clean is very important especially when you are outside.

I wanted to give a special thanks to big homie AK from the Red Sea Bar and Grill for giving me the first place to push off my grand opening for my first season and Tadow Mcreynolds for picking up the camera for my first season and day sis I got you and for Kenya Frye and Daetney for trusting me with my first season and for the beautiful red for never leaving my side during the hard times and Porscha Shannon for giving season 2 the best she could of ever did and Jamaica Timberlake my big cousin for holding down season 1 and 2 and helping me push off my cleaning company.

I have worked with so many dope people at Lean Water MN for giving us that push for season 2 at Barzia and so many more events being a good business partner and helping the community in different ways from the freshwater we drink to working with upcoming council members of the twin cities and mayors getting us involved with the community and Javin our new director and producer for season 3 for helping angel with behind the scenes and the foundation and peris for helping me get through the tuff times in this industry it can get hard but having dedicated friends by your side means so much to me and my PR Ethan Horace for picking up season 3 and I want to especially thank my new season all 25 for giving me the chance to work with all of them season 3 will be airing January 25th, 2024.
