Meet Bridget Hahn

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bridget Hahn.

Hi Bridget, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am Bridget Hahn, and I’m a Life and Transformation Coach. I came to this place in my life because of a very painful breakup in early 2018 with my now husband, Rob.
Our love story is about how I took massive heartbreak and went from feeling like a broken person to a much stronger one. It’s about our journey. In the end, it’s how I went from heartbreak to bride. Our relationship represents what I believe many women go through in relationships, including the extreme highs and lows.
Professionally, I spent a 30-year career in corporate America as a communications leader. I’ve worked at companies such as Northwest Airlines, Cargill, DuPont, and Andersen Windows. I wrote for leaders in the C-suite, from monthly messages to presentations to video scripts.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Relationships are not easy. Relationships are messy. When Rob and I broke up, I never stopped loving him. I knew that if we were meant to be, we would be. I believed that anything meant for me would not pass me by. I still believe this. I wished Rob only the best and wanted him to be happy. That said, I manifested him back in my life. I visualized us back together. I put him on my vision boards. I prayed for him. I did all the internal work I needed to so that I was happy and loved myself first. That’s when it happened. He came back to me.
Additionally, in my life, I’ve faced challenges from a young pregnancy and raising my daughter on my own to job elimination and unemployment to family alienation and the pain of heartbreak. These life experiences sent me on a path of transformation from depression and anxiety to self-discovery and self-love. It didn’t happen overnight. I’m still on my healing journey. Part of that healing is helping others learn from my lessons and navigate life changes, managing their mindset, facing the challenges of forming real connections, and becoming powerful in their own right.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

When women come together, magic happens! This is going to be a dynamic and interactive event with a lot of fun surprises.

So maybe we end by discussing what matters most to you and why?
Today I live in a St. Paul, Minnesota, suburb with my husband, Rob, and our two pups. We have a chill beagle named Lyndon and a bossy corgi named Tea Biscuit. Together we have three grown children, including Rob’s two sons and my daughter. They make my life interesting and fill it with love!
