Good Fellows Goodies is a granola company based in Northfield, MN, proudly run by a dynamic mother-daughter duo. Born out of a newfound passion for baking during the COVID pandemic, this venture blossomed into an exciting business opportunity.
Initially, we launched our journey at local famers markets, where our unique granola recipes quickly garnered attention and praise from the community. Thanks to the overwhelming support and positive feedback, we expanded beyond our market roots into wholesale distribution, allowing us to share our delicious, handcrafted granola with an even wider audience.
At Good Fellows Goodies, we believe in using high-quality ingredients and creating flavors that not only satisfy your tastebuds but also nourish your body. Our journey has been a labor of love, and we’re thrilled to continue growing and connecting with granola enthusiasts everywhere.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One thing we have struggled with is finding a shared commercial kitchen in the Northfield area that works for our business. We have now found a commercial kitchen that works well for our business.
As you know, we’re big fans of Good Fellows Goodies. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a small family owned handcrafted granola company. We have developed our own granola recipes and we use high-quality ingredients. We try to utilize locally produced ingredients in our granola where it is possible.
What makes you happy?
It has been fun to be a mother-daughter duo and grow a small food business. We both new nothing about selling packaged food at farmers markets or wholesale when we started the business, so we have had to learn a lot together. We both enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. The business has introduced us to a lot of new people. We also enjoy making people happy with great tasting granola.
