Today we’d like to introduce you to Jule Hand.

Hi Jule, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
At Wild Embers Event Services, we believe that social gatherings often require key day-of individuals who fit within an event organization so well that they are an integral part of the event structure. In the truest spirit of this idea, the goal is to partner with you to ensure that you become a key employee for successful gatherings for years to come.

Wild Embers Event Services was founded in 2020 as a Duluth-based, independently owned event company. In the past two years, we’ve rapidly expanded clientele and territories, continued growth and success in the Duluth region, and a broadening spectrum of staffing needs. Wild Embers has most recently expanded its services to include supplemental event staffing. Our Event Staff team will include high-quality, experienced staff to major event venues in the Duluth area.

Wild Embers continues to push the division forward in innovative directions that will help expand our footprint. Wild Ember’s innate ability to understand their client’s needs has enabled us to consistently provide highly qualified candidates with an emphasis on both skill sets and cultural fit. This results in a high level of satisfaction for both the client and the employee. Our goal is to provide a dependable, efficient, and service-oriented staff for various events.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The pandemic shutdown was our biggest challenge as an event company launching in 2020. The shutdown allowed us to cultivate a business plan that best fits the new hybrid events that clients are hosting.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We have a team of experienced event contractors specializing in all different events, including weddings, fundraisers, conferences, festivals, concerts, and more! We specialize in event day coordination and audiovisual services. As a coordinator, we are different than a planner because our job is to execute the event vision based on the client’s design.

We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
The successful event includes happy clients, guests, and vendors. If we can coordinate and manage our services properly, our event should run smoothly.
