Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Bieker
Hi Paige, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
This is a loaded question! I grew up moving in and out of homes my whole life, with my dad being a Custom Home Builder. He started and has owned Denali Custom Homes for 30+ years. Because of this, I grew up understanding Real Estate and the craftsmanship of homes really well. I have helped my dad work many Artisan and Parade of Homes tours. One year me and my little sister sat outside his parade house and sold ring pops to raise money for the animal shelter. I’ve done everything from driving his shuttles, to greeting people and educating them on the house. I attended Minnetonka Highschool where going to college was the expected next step in education, so I never really considered Real Estate. That, and I was surrounded by it my whole life, and that would just be too predictable for me. I’ve always been a go-getter and I didn’t ever want a career that “followed after” someone or people thought was handed to me. That being said, I loved people and kids, I had a passion for helping people, and knew I wanted to work in education of some sort. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. The year I graduated was COVID and my partner was a professional football player who wanted to spend time with his family for once. So I ended up traveling with him from state to state for his profession and only teaching during the offseasons, in Florida. In 2023, my partner Anthony became a free agent and I found out I was pregnant with our daughter. Because of the lack of knowledge on where we would be in the next few months with football, I moved back home to Minnesota to be around family and have her here.
Our daughter Haven was born on September 17th, 2023 on a Sunday afternoon while watching football. With so many unknowns about football, I decided it was time to pursue my passions and figure out what it is that would fulfill my desire to work and help provide for my new family. I think it was inevitable that I would eventually become a Realtor or pursue a career in the same industry as my dad. He has built such an incredible Legacy and name for himself here in Minnesota, and someday, I want to carry that on. That being said, I got my Real Estate license in June of 2024 and have since joined The McPherson Sisters team, a referral of my dad’s. We are a team of 8 women who have 12+ years of experience in the industry. We are top 4% producers in Minnesota and part of the luxury division of our brokerage. We are also Zillow Premier Agents and voted Zillows Best, Monthly.
My first deal closed was a deal I got to work with my dad on, a full-circle moment in my career. I hope to someday show my daughter what it means to be a hard worker and chase after her dreams the same way my dad taught me to chase after mine.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course not! Is anything worth having ever easy? The market condition this year was not great. It was a really tough year for Real Estate, and an even tougher year to be new in this industry. With Interest rates higher than normal, buyers were less motivated and sellers were discouraged. There were fewer homebuyers on the market, and sellers were sitting on their properties longer than usual. On top of this, seasonally fall and winter are slower months for Real Estate sales. Because this is a referral-based business, lead generation can be hard for a new agent. Add on the flakiness of buyers right now, and it’s been a real struggle.
Another struggle is educating homebuyers. Buying houses has changed tremendously in the past 5-10 years. Things are not what they once were, and people need to be educated on what these changes are. For example, Realtors in Minnesota cannot enter a home with a buyer without having written documentation of representation. This change happened in August and has caused some controversy.
We’ve been impressed with McPherson Sisters Homes, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I joined The McPherson Sisters team for a few reasons. The first was that they were the first group to come out of my dad’s mouth when I asked him which brokerage I should join. He said, “I know the perfect girl’s for you! I will call and let them know they will be hearing from you. I think you have a lot in common with them, they are successful, go-getters and have created a great brand and name for themselves locally”. Meaghan and Jennifer McPherson actually sat down with my dad when they first got their real estate licenses (around the same age I am now) to learn from him and ask how they could work with him. It’s a conversation they still look back on and laugh about. The minute I sat down with them, I knew it would be the perfect fit, and I haven’t looked back since. Not only do the women on this team know their stuff, but they have fun doing it! They love what they do and it shows! I look forward to every Tuesday morning meeting, catching up and sharing our wins in the office. Having a group of women to lift you up and support you in this industry is such a gift!

What does success mean to you?
Success, to me, is about personal growth and fulfillment. It’s the ongoing journey of becoming the best version of myself—constantly learning, evolving, and striving to live a life that feels meaningful. At the core, success means being able to provide for my family and create generational wealth. It’s about building a foundation that not only secures my loved ones’ future but also sets the stage for them to achieve even greater things in life.
Success, however, isn’t just measured by what I achieve but by how I do it. I want to leave a legacy of character—being known for who I am, how I treat others, and the impact I have on the world around me. It’s about living with integrity, helping others along the way, and remaining humble no matter the level of success I attain.
For me, success also means giving my daughter a life she can be proud of—one where she has the tools, opportunities, and support to chase her dreams. More than anything, success means having the flexibility and financial freedom to spend quality time with her, to be present in her life, and to show her that true success lies not just in what you accomplish but in the relationships you build and the love you give.
