Meet Stephanie Campbell of Bella Bridesmaids

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Campbell.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After working in sales in marketing for 7 years and feeling like I needed something more, I purchased Bella Bridesmaids Minneapolis in 2018, and Milwaukee in 2019. My role has always been more operations focused during the week, while I take appointments on Saturdays – our busiest day. Both stores are run with full-time managers and part-time stylists.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
COVID-19 was definitely a huge hit to the business. Weddings were put on pause for almost 2 years, which also put a pause on our business for 2 years. We are finally now in 2022 seeing some relief.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next, you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Bella Bridesmaids is a franchised bridesmaid dress boutique. There are 60 locally owned stores throughout the united states! What makes us unique is you can visit your home Bella Bridesmaids location, and your bridesmaids can visit any other location to try on the dress you selected, receive measurements and order! Even if you are 500 miles away, you can still have the same experience.

We are one of the few businesses that still offers a wide variety of bridesmaid dresses in store, all sizes, colors and fabrics for you to try on. Our dresses range from $150 – $350. We pride ourselves on customer service and making brides’ dreams come to life!

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
I don’t have a mentor right now! But I’d love one if anyone is interested!
