Hi Tony, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I Started in the Tabletop Advertising industry in 2009 in Coolidge, Arizona. From there, the business evolved on a national scale. I traveled 2-3 weeks out of the month, supporting local businesses and communities throughout the United States. We provide free custom-designed tabletops to locally owned restaurants for two full years at a time.
My business grew substantially due to the retention and renewals of our projects. Due to the pandemic and restaurants closing, we took the time to restructure & rebrand our company and program to an Elite level. Pilato Enterprises Elite Tabletops was born!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Every business has its challenges but we’ve sustained everything that’s come our way. My wife and I are entrepreneurs, critical thinkers & problem solvers. The only instance we would say that caused us to pivot, was the pandemic. Especially since all our business was inside the doors of restaurants. With most restaurants closing, we took that critical time to prepare for our bright future!
Once the pandemic was lifted and we set sail again with our ELITE TABLETOPS company, we came out ahead as our brand & Tabletops have grown substantially in popularity! It’s been amazing to see all of our creativity and unique ideas, along with rebranding and restructuring our company, all come to fruition successfully!
We now have more ways than any other tabletop company, to receive our FREE Tabletops, Bar Tops & Countertops.
We at Elite Tabletops have operated with the utmost integrity since inception and given that fact, we are ultimately proud to serve family-owned restaurants supporting local businesses across America!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Elite Tabletops provides free custom-designed tabletops to locally owned restaurants. The beauty behind our community-based program is that the custom-designed tables are fully supported and funded by the local business community. We have several qualities that set our ELITE TABLETOPS company from others. Not only from a visual and branding standpoint, but you would also be hard-pressed to find other tabletop companies online or promoting themselves.
We promote ourselves in unison with each restaurant at an ELITE level. We support everything “local” through our Google Local Guide, we have every Social Media outlet that we utilize daily, and incorporating a state-of-the-art website, has been a key aspect in separating ourselves from competitors. We take major pride in our Branding, Marketing, and promoting the restaurants we work with, in unison with our company!
Ensuring the community is aware and reminded of the restaurant & the tabletop advertising opportunity to the public. We complete AND install our ELITE TABLETOPS in HALF the time (or less) than ANY other tabletop company. This is the main ingredient to keeping our clients happy and retaining them EVERY 2 Years consistently.
We update the local businesses & community that the new tables are installed for their viewing! The final important touch to our program, we unite the restaurant and businesses together by hosting a party! We invite all the business owners to the restaurant and allow them to meet and greet each other and network their businesses!

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
The only mentor I have ever had since inception into tabletop advertising in 2009 was Janine K. (RIP)Janine took me under her wing and provided extensive training for my first 2 years in the business and she taught me by the book. Janine’s training was all about operating a good business that encompassed treating the restaurants & patrons with selfless intent.
My biggest supporter and cheerleader has been my wife, Maria Pilato. My wife supported & assisted me for over 5 years with my tabletops before she left her career in healthcare. Maria is a born entrepreneur and I cannot be happier that we are operating a great business & serving communities together.
From a client standpoint, I have built hundreds of relationships across the United States with my client base. My clients typically love my tabletop program as much as I do! So networking with my clients has been one of the biggest keys to our success!
