Hi Jingle Bulbs, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Jingle Bulbs really started from the simple idea of helping people enjoy the holidays without the stress that often comes with it. We know how much joy holiday lights can bring, but we also see how much work, frustration, and time it takes to commit to them.
From the beginning, it wasn’t just about hanging lights, but about creating an experience. We wanted homeowners to come home, see their house lit up, and feel that sense of excitement and magic that the holidays are all about—without having to lift a finger.
As we grew, what really stood out to us was how much people appreciated not just the end result, but how easy and seamless the process felt. That’s something we’ve held onto, and we focus on making sure every interaction feels thoughtful, professional, and personal.
A lot of our growth has come from happy clients sharing their experience with friends and neighbors, which means a lot to us. It’s a reflection of the care our team puts into every home we work on.
Today, we’ve expanded and grown our client base, but the heart of what we do hasn’t changed. We’re still focused on creating something that brings joy to people during a special time of year—and making that experience as easy and memorable as possible.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been managing growth while still delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.
Because our season is so condensed, everything — hiring, training, scheduling — happens in a short window, so there’s not much room for error. We’ve had to learn quickly and build better systems each year.
A lot of it has been trial and error, but each season we’ve improved, and those challenges have really helped us become more organized and intentional in how we operate.
